Make a rod puppet
Over the course of 4 face to face sessions, students will create their own rod puppet. They will learn to sketch and build a character, as well as explore movement and performance options.
Masks will be required.
Expectations varies with age groups.

Material includes:

wooden pieces for neck, body and rods

material to make a papier mâché head and the hands

paper, old newspaper, scissors, pencil

access to acrylic paint and various glues

fabric for costume (if students is looking for a specific fabric I don't have, they will be asked to purchase it independently)
